1. Freshness Guarantee - We are committed to bringing you the best quality. safest products and assures 100% authenticity.
2. Shipping and handling - Orders are generally dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday after we receive proof of your payment and are shipped via your chosen delivery service either JRS or LBC with tracking numbers. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide and update you with your tracking number online or via email.
3. International Shipping - Please contact us via email or social media for more information.
4. Returns and Exchanges - We will be happy to exchange or refund your money as long as the product is returned with the following criteria:

- must be returned in its original packaging
- show proof of purchase (within 24hours) either your official receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, you will get a refund

Dara Beauty Market is not obligated to provide a refund or exchange in the following situations:

- you change your mind about an item
- you bought an item by mistake
- you do not have sufficient knowledge to use an item

*You received a product 6 months from expiry, you qualify for up to 50% off and keep the item without going through the exchanges
*You received a wrong product, exchange and receive 30% off a new replacement

5. Store Pickup - Enjoy the experience of shopping online without paying shipping charges. Usually within 24 hours after we process your order, you will receive a ready to pick up notification. Bring your government-issued photo ID and proof of purchase upon claiming. If you are not available to claim the order personally, please notify us with the name of the appointed person.
